I sent my Huawei 7Y Tablet from Weavecell on 17 Jan 2014. Had use of it for LESS THAN TWO MONTHS. I called the Customer Care Line maybe 5 times and no one could tell me where my unit was. Two of the consultants I spoke to were Annerlie and Tumelo. I was promised someone would call me back on ALL occasions and NO ONE DID!!! APPALLING SERVICE!!! I need to know TODAY where my unit is I am still waiting. The fact that the product could not even give me service for 6-months is worrisome. I am paying for a product that I dont even have which is NOT FAIR AT ALL!!!
I need either the unit exchanged... and ASAP... or my unit repaired and delivered to me by Monday 10/02/14 or cancell my contract. SAD CUSTOMER
