Handbrake on my 3 week old Suzuki SX4 not working

I baught a brand new Suzuki SX 4 in november - the car was not 3 weeks old when whith the handbrake on it rolled back into another car. I took the car to Dekra and they said that the handbrake wasn't up to std. If the handbrake is pullet up 5 clicks one could still reverse and pul away without effort. Suzuki asked me to nissan hatfield - they took the tires off and looked at the brakes (and asked if they could set it)- sent me for a third oppinion (which also said it wasn't set correctly). After the third inspection I asked them to set it correctly and when Corrie from Nissan came back he said now it is working (which was to me confirming from their side that it wasn't working correcly before) and the head office also inspected my car... it took about 3 days of my working time that i had to do everything they asked for... I got a call this morning that said they will make no contribution to my damage. I am very very upset - i never got feedback from customer service and did everything they asked me to do - inspection after insection and this is the feedback. My brand new car has damage because they did not set the handbrake correctly and they dont want to take responsibility.
