Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
No collection it has been 3 weeks

For the past 3 weeks I have been calling Ram h2h to come and collect a Vodacom parcel from me. every day I call in the morning, speak with someone at customer centre ask them to send someone to collect. they tell me they will relay the message to collections and I can't speak to collections. no one calls me back until the end of the day. i do the same the following day and the next day. This is unacceptable. my collection number is V2P0006126
