On 22/09/2013 I requested for home assistance (a plumber) from Club McCarthy. After the Call-Out the plumber told me that I had to pay for the call-out and claim for the refund at McCarthy. Since then I have been trying to be refunded. I keep being told that I will be called with an update, I keep being asked to forward the details of my claim i.e. the date, the copy of the invoice, etc. It is over 4 months now getting the same poor service from a service provider who is happy to debit the subscription from my account without giving proper service.
