Package held at Durmail (hub)

I am awaiting a delivery that was sent from Durban to Waterfall. The tracking number is RD901178392ZA.
According to tracking details this has been retained at the DURMAIL HUB since the 29th January.

I have made numerous calls held the line for over an hour at times but none of your staff can assist or have a clue what's going on or the reason why my parcel is retained.
This is a time sensitive parcel that I expected to get within a week of posting, not have held up at Durmail for over a week. Can somebody tell me what the problem is and when I can expect delivery?
