The worst experience!

My car was due for a service and I was constantly bugged by the service department to take her in. When I finally got around to it they booked her in only to inform me my service plan has lapsed and the extended service plan for 5 years is non existent???!!!??? There is no record on their system!

They were so rude and obnoxious and didn't even try to listen. I was chased away like a dog!

This is the same people that told me I couldn't bring in my car yearly for a service but have to wait for 30 000km. So now I have no service plan and a car with 23 000km on the clock and I have had NO major service done. The next day they still had the decency to phone me and ask WHY I missed my service!

Never met more incompetent people in my life! No one returns calls and they overall just don't give a.

They just sell extended warranties, service plans and maintenance plans and then play stupid and make customers out to be dumb. So unacceptable!
