After receiving intimidating emails I made a previous submission to Hellopeter and received their standard copy and paste response, I then sent a compliant to Sanral via their website on 27 Jan 2014.
Which reads: - "You sent an email to my wife's email address claiming that she owes you money - We do not live in Gauteng and have not driven our motor vehicle there in over 2 years. Your reference 10029827422.
I insist that you remove that email address from your database as she has not given permission for you to communicate with her.
Should you continue to send invalid threatening emails a copy of this will be sent to the NCC, DA and Public Protector".
Result - SILENCE - is that a good thing?
