I am utterly disappointed by the service of MTN Zakhele. I sent a request on 05/12/2013 to change my cellphone number as the OTP is being sent to my old number which doesn't belong to me anymore. I sent all the required documents which were certified and nothing has been done. It's strange that I managed to get all my other shares I have shares with different companies which changed my details without any hassles or delays. We understand that the system crashed but all the admin could have been done. I called the call center which you hold on for more than an hour then the line gets engaged. I wonder who will want to invest in such a company that does not care about customer service.
