We ordered a new pool cover which was previously made by Power Plastics a few years ago. We were expected to pay up front as well as no one was sent to take measurements of the pool. When delivery of the cover was done naturally it was the wrong size - this was done on the 26 December 2013. To date the problem has not been resolved. They have done a patched up job to try get the pool cover to cover all areas of the pool & it looks shocking to say the least. The roll up station has one strap that was not fitted properly so that also looks like a half done job! After numerous calls, email etc. explaining that we want the cover to be exactly the same as the previous cover this has not been done (we have even suggested they fetch the old cover to use it as a "pattern" to make the new one). But the bill has been paid in FULL! I am very disappointed in their service especially due to the fact that our house is on the market so the aesthetics of our home in general are of the utmost importance!
