Ordered a back copy of issue number 3 of the range knit & stich on 29/10/2013!! And still have'nt received the issue. I've communicated with several people with no possitive outcome. Every correspondence resulted in a promise the issue is out of stock or that the issue is in the mail just to find out that it is not. I want the issue please that I've paid for on 29/10/2013 already.
I've also subscripe for the range with my order no W25469 and the last issue that I received was Issue no 19 I queried this and never heard aword from them.
kindly assist to resolve my frustrasion
