I purchased a manicure and pedicure treatment for my sisters birthday from Groupon - My sister was subjected to filthy towels in a dirty unhygienic room @ La Suz in Ferndale Village. A treatment that apparently costs Over R300 was basically a nail paint AND NOTHING ELSE! The cheapest nail care products were used "Paris" nail varnish which sells at R19.50 was used to paint my sisters nails. This was meant to be a pamper session instead all she got was a bad paint job and bad attitude. I believe the manager told her they only use the finest products and clients proffered the cheaper products. My sister demanded the professional products which she was than given but the bottle was almost finished and the nail varnish was clumpy and think. Her nails look like something i would paint with my left hand - It is terrible! You pay for professional service so your nails can look like its been done professionally had i known this was the quality and that for R300 you only get your nails painted, I would've painted her nails at home! I will never recommend anyone to La Suz!
