I placed an order with Zando on 13 Jan 2014 for delivery within 5 days (Witbank) - as per delivery policy. The order delivery immediately went through to Courierit & I received a shipping confirmation email from Courierit. The package was finally delivered on 22 of January 2014 - which to my calculations is 10 days. The address on my order was clear - it is a business address and very accessible. No one from the courier company contacted me until the 20th of Jan regarding this delivery. I have no problem with the service from Zando. The previous time I ordered from Zando a different courier company delivered within 2 days. I place many orders online and have never had such bad delivery service.
