I am highly disappointed with the lack of service and the don't care attitude from your Staff. On the 28th of January I handed over a parcel to the marshaltown post office I was charged R146 for their so called speedservice which should supposedly take 24 hrs to 48 hrs delivery. To date no one knows of the whereabouts of this parcel. The question is what have I paid for. I called the braemar post office today dealt with muktar with an I don't care attitude.
