Eskom has billed me for an account asked them to close 2 years ago and when i called to try to fix this on the 27th of jan 2014 spoke to mampho and give her the ref: number she said he was busy with a client she will call me back but never did until today now i am still sitting with R 20 000 bill with does not belong to me. can someone please help me as the service at the zola branch is very poo
