Less than 7 months ago, CMH Umhlanga sold me a used VW Polo which they promised me had been in a good service condition but proved me wrong by breaking down 3 months later. Before the due service plan, the same car started making brake sounds, had engine default's having travelled less than 5000 km and I took it to a VW dealership for a check-up and realized the car was in a critical state to drive, with service costs up to about R15 000. NEVER purchase a CMH Umhlanga used car without evaluating its condition, their goal is to get rid of their poor quality vechiles not road worthy or will breakdown after a few months of purchase. No car company will ever offer poor service delivery and terrible customer service beyond CMH for used (including new) vechiles that drive well for less than 6 months without bake fluid to save your life. Please consider other used car dealers other than CMH that are really certified to offer serviced used cars not life threatning since their salesman and management won't even bother rectifying their poor service delivery.
