Car sales while broken

I bought Audi A3 on trade in on 21/01/2014... since today my car is not registered and i don't have copy of Natis.
>They deliver my car with a broken Cub-ion even if they knew about it but never inform me about it.
>They have not settle my previous car despite settlement dates expires on 31/01/2014.
>They promise to pay Audi Polokwane to repair cub-ion but nothing has been even after they receive a quote from Audi Polokwane on 24/01/2014.
