SANRAL does it again!!

My daughter who does not own a car received the standard threatening SMS about owing money to SANRAL and being sent to the VPC.

I on the other hand who own the cars in my family have not received a single invoice since the system went live. I refuse to register for an e-tag due to SANRAL's draconian terms and conditions, but would be prepared to pay for the tolls given a correct and valid invoice sent to my postal address. However SANRAL does not appear to know where I live despite the fact that my details are correct in NaTIS.

In addition, since I am not at fault for SANRAL not sending me the invoices, I fully expect to be allowed a period of 7 days to make payment to SANRAL at the discounted rate.

So who is in the wrong now???
