Poor service/repair of my car for 4 years ongoing

I drive a Huyundai I20. The first one I purchased... after numerious problems for two years without them fixing the problem (engine problems), they have agreed to let me have a new one. Starting new payments again. With the new I20, now I have endless problems with the petrol tank. It's been more than about 9 months ongoing that I have battled with this car. I have been stuck on the road at dark, I a'm single and find this unacceptable. Also went for my 60 000km service one month ago, after I received my vehicle back, I saw they damaged the front grill and broken the spot light. I phone them the next day to come and take my car and fix it, after one month I am still waiting for them to fix it. I have tried contacting Gavin James from November last year. To date, still no phone call back after leaving numerious messages. I am desperate for help now, as I have now paid 4 years for cars which spend more time in the service centre than at home. Think I have been more than patient - I really need results now. PLEASE COULD YOU HELP ME SORT THIS OUT SOONEST POSSIBLE!!!
