Package stuck at krugersdorp hu

My parcel has been stuck in the krugersdorp hub for the last 2 weeks.

I emailed the [Email Removed] with the details and got no response.

Ive tried the customer service number on the website many times and have held on for 30 mins at a time without connecting to an actual person.

I am at my wits end.
