I bought a demo car on the 12/12/13.A week later I brought it in to the dealership as I already had 2 instances where the car had to be jumpstarted, I also discovered that the paintwork done on the car was poorly done after having taken the car for a wash and I had 2 tyres which were which were flat and giving me problems. On inspection by the sales manager it was agreed that I would bring the car in January so it can be fixed accordingly. On the 6th of Jan I contacted the dealership to make arrangements and I brought in the car on the 15th, the car was taken and on fetching it I was told only the roadworthy was done which they were supposed to do before giving me the car in the first place.
I expressed my unhappiness to them, I was told to bring in the car again, which I did and requested for a courtesy car in the meantime, mind you the car given didn't even have petrol. On having taken the car for 3 days, there was a fault that was picked with the car however the tyres and paintwork were not fixed, on complaining again the car was taken back and instead of re-painting the car it was unprofessionally re-polished and left with an empty petrol tank, tyres not replaced either. Sad
