My bank account has been debited for R49.00 a month for the past 3 months. I had no knowledge of this until just now when I was doing online banking and I saw the amount being debited at that time. I searched my previous statements and found that there were debits in November and December as well. I did not authorise these debits nor do I have any dealings whatsoever with this company. I don't even know who they are. Can anybody assist me please?
