Bad Customer Service From Imperial Ford Diep Rive

Never ever did i expierience such Bad Service at Ford, I have been driving Ford & Mazda for the last 10 years. I have always expience good Service from then the Rondeboch and now CT Culemborg branch, howver from Diep Rivef CT i will give 0 out of 10.I recently got stuck with my Ford Ranger Double Cab, i had to pay 2 Tow truck to get my Bakkie first to Ford Mekor In Claremont, they told me after 2 days my bakkie must go to Ford Diep River. mMore money spend on a Towtruck i had to get thr vechile to Diep River. Everyday I had to call in and they would give me one excuse after another. After a week i Called again today and told them I am fetching my vichile because clearlly they are doing me a favour, as if i am not paying. It looks like they connected aFlex wire from the icnition to the battery. Johnathan was so egar for me to pay, when i checkked my alarm on the key was not working, driving away not even my indicators nor hazards worked. Ford should really do something about the Service Etic at ther branch in Diep River. I am so so anoyed I will never, never go back there again.
