I am extremely upset with the fact that sabc tv licence do not do a good job in sorting their account issues. My grandfather had reported on numerous of occasion since 1993 when they first received a letter, that he does not have a tv licence nor did he have a tv but yet we still get letters indicating he owes now over r7000 in the last letter which he had received over a week ago. We have sent affidavits and legal letters to sabc tv licence people indicating this. Yet we still are being harassed by them. My grand parents are old and cannot keep running up and down to provide them with letters and documents every year. This has been an on going matter since 1993 and I think they should have people who know what they are doing to sort this matter.
