On the 13th January, I complained on Hellopeter that MTN Zakhele is giving me a hassle when I try to transfer my late husband's shares to my name. On the 14th of January MTN responded and sorted out the matter and I even got the share certificate emailed to me. Today, 31st January, I tried to sell my shares and I'm told that the shares don't appear in the system. What is the meaning of this? Do I have to complain on Hellopeter to get the service I deserve? Why do I have to struggle to get my money? I'm completely dissapointed with MTN Zakhele for taking advantage of me. Is it because I'm a pensioner and maybe not clever enough to fight for my rights and money?
