This is getting ridiculous!! Our pick up days should be on Tuesdays, but since the beginning of the year our bins stay outside till the Thursday or even sometimes Fridays! Not only is it filthy, you end up having people scrounging around in your bins constantly. I also pay Kleen Bin to clean my bin after each pick up, but with Pikitup being so unreliable, they do not know which days to come for the cleanup anymore, so I end up paying for a service I am not getting. This is totally unacceptable!!! illegal dumping is strating to sound like a good idea!
