I have had Avon account and the reason I stopped was my customers were not paying anymore and I was left with a huge bill to pay and some products they suddenly changed their minds about. Last year I then settled the Avon account (Account number: 5423954) which was already with the attorneys in Durban. The attorneys even sent me a letter of account closure but to my surprise Avon account was still reflecting as R1305 owing which I paid every single cent of it but they never bothered to update my profile which is reflecting very bad on my name and it does not even show that I have paid the account and closed it. All I want from Avon to update the details on my profile because my financials with banks depend on my ITC status. This is very very wrong and unprofessional.
