Unacceptable poor service for gel overlay on nails

I visited the salon for new gel overlays, I should have known that when the nail technician made me wait for 15-20 minutes for no apparent reason this predicts unprofessional service.

The equipment was in a poor condition: the nail clipper was so blunt that my one nail was cut so short that it almost started bleeding and so I ended up with nails at different lengths. Hygiene is not high on their priority list eg nail clippings wasn't dispose off properly.

I was over charged for the service as much more was asked comparing to other salons in the same area.
The gel on my nails started lifting after 3 days and some of my nails started splintering off underneath the gel indicating that it was done poorly. I phoned the salon to rectify above mention problems but they were very unhelpful so I had to make a appointment at a different salon to redo my nails.

When the owner Esmie Deetlefts eventually replied to my email that was sent days prior as there was no answer on her cell after trying numerous times she REFUSED TO REFUND ME FOR THE POOR SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED AND HAD TO REDO AT A DIFFERENT SALON ON MY OWN COST.

I will never visit this salon again & would never recommend them!
