Speed Services don't deliver as agreed

Due to strikes, Speed Services did not deliver the parcels as agreed upon, they also failed to inform the recipient or senders - specially for overnight deliveries. Any capable person would think these deliveries would been important and need attention i.e. outsource these parcels to another courier that can make these deliveries in time. Therefore no alternative arrangements could have been made.

This is very bad service and according to me a breach of service contract!!
