In November 2013, I deposited some funds into Mtn Zakhele trading account, in order to buy shares. Their system has been down, so I have not been able to trade shares. From Friday last week, I have been trying to withdraw my funds so that I can buy into Yebo Yethu shares, as MTN Zakhele trading platform is experiencing too many problems, and the call centre staff appear to be clueless.
I have spoke to many people at the call centre, including apparently the Call Centre manager himself, but have been told that they cannot help me to withdraw my money. A WARNING TO ANYONE ELSE WHO WISHES TO DEPOSIT MONIES INTO MTN ZAKHELE ACCOUNT - ONCE YOU DO THAT, YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW. BE CAREFUL.
