Weava Cell
Contract expired but still deducting

I had a contract with weava cell, and my cell phone was in January 2013, i then reported to weava cell and i was asked to pay R150 for a sim swap which i did not have, the account had about R1000 of air time in it and i was told that if i do not pay for a sim swap i will forfeit the air time. in July 2013 my contract ended and i opted to renew the contract in order to have a phone and redeem my R1000 air time, i was sent a list of available deals and agreed to one, since then i have not recieved or heard any thing from them and otherwise the money is deducted every month, i called them again today after i have sent my cancellation form to say that they must refund me for the 5 months that they have been deducting, since i did not receive cell phone, but to my supprise, the response was: there is no refund of the R286 for 5 months, the airtime is being sent to my sim card (which i do not have) and i have forfeited the R1000 aritime in the sim as well, so in a nut shell i have paid about R2000 worth of air time which i dont have or cant use for that matter, this really . i will never go the weava cell route again, ever.
