I have a saga going on for over a month now, I paid my account at SPAR and later found out this was not supposed to happen. Avon told me a journal was put through to get the money from the wrong account into the correct account. 14 days have passed since I was told this but my account is not rectified. I have emailed the proof of payment about 15 times, no exaggeration.
WHAT DO I DO TO GET THIS MONEY BACK R1061. I have not been able to put in any orders because no one seems to know what to do about fixing this. I DARE NOT BE HANDED OVER FOR YOUR MISTAKE AVON. I want this matter sorted by the end of this week. I really do not have confidence to sell AVON after this horrible experience. I am only available after 1pm on my cell
