About a week before Christmas, I took a part I was looking to get Gold Plated, with the promise to get it before Christmas. Christmas went by and I was told before New Years. New Years came and passed and no finished part was salvaged. About 2 weeks ago, I decided to go there personally and have a look at my part, it still remained the same as it was during my last visit before new years! Rony, the man in charge to get my part done, gives me excuses and keeps being dishonest about the date I will get it back! As from Friday the 24th of January, my calls do not get answered, I have phoned a couple dozen times today to no answer!
Companies like the one I have been dealing with should not be opened!
This is a huge violation of the consumer protection act!
