Invoicing?

DHL recently sent us an email telling us that we had an overdue account. See below. I investigated, then asked DHL for some paperwork so we could understand what had happened, and stop it happening again.

To date, I have received no response.

I've been told that this is not for our account. Please remove this invoice immediately.

I'd also be interested in finding out how it got onto our account in the first place. We pride ourselves in running clean supplier accounts, and keeping payments up to date, so this is completely unacceptable. Please provide paperwork relating to this invoice/order, so we can investigate further.
