We wanted to buy a Fortuner at Toyota. We went there on Monday to test drive the vehicle, we told the Sales person that we would take the car, and started immediately with the application the following day.
When we got there on Thursday Ina said the vehicle was already sold to someone else? Now how can this happen? As on Monday they said that they will keep the vehicle for us. In the week they still mentioned that they will send it for the few scratches to be repaired and for the nudge bar to be put on? Ina said that the people who bought the car already came to sign on Monday? As far as I know NO ONE is allowed to test drive a vehicle which is already sold? So IF the Fortuner was sold on Monday why did they let us to test drive the car, and WHY did they keep us for fools to let us complete the forms and send all our information to them? I phoned Ina to ask her what happened that her service is unprofessional she got upset and put the phone down in my ear? We want them to find us what we are looking for in the SAME price range, with the same kilometre reading etc. That vehicle was in our price range and my son phoned everyday to make sure everything is okay an no one said it was sold?
