Try and register but going round in circles

I see quite a few people complained about the website user registration not working.
I tried last week and eventually gave up and sent a mail to the feedback mail address on the website. I have had no feedback or response. So now, it is a case of you will have to snail mail my account - even if it does cost me more - I don't give a anymore. If you can not even get something as simple as a basic website working how the should I trust you with my credit card details and billing me correctly.

Send the account - I'll wait patiently!!!
