I was promised that my vehicle would in all probability be ready for collection on 25 Oct. 2013 but on 23 Oct. 2013 I was contacted to inform me that they were having a problem with getting the body part needed to effect the repairs to my vehicle. They undertook, however, to do their best and on 25 Oct. 2013 I was contacted that the vehicle was ready for collection - the work having been done in time despite getting the body part later than expected.
