My fake Radiator Cap

Hi,

My car was involved in an accident on the 18th of June and taken to Silverton panelbeaters as per Miway.
They repaired the car and two weeks after collecting it from Silverton panelbeaters I then booked for a service @ Hyundai Boksburg. They did a 60 000Km's service on the car.

On the 18th of September the car just stopped and couldn't move and I called Roadside assistance (Hyundai) to come and tow the car. They did so and took it to Hyundai Edenvale. I then got a call from hyundai Edenvale to let me know that the problem is that the car overheated because the cap on the Radiator is not a genuine Hyundai part. I then called Hyundai Boksburg to ask them that how is it that they did not pick up the fact that the cap on the radiotor is not a genuine Hyundai part. The person who assisted me is Jacques, he said they just do a visual check and if the cap look new they just 'assume' its a genuine part.

I tried to call them before all this happened and they suggested it was a leak that occured after the service. The lady I spoke to said, anything else would've been picked up by them during the service. I take my car for service just for people to assume that everything is fine?
