On 5 April I bought a Huyndai IX35 for R210 000. We spoke to Mr Spears about the painting on the car and panelbeating on the side and also the gearbox that is faulty. The car only has 70 000 km on. He said he will speak to the manager of the branch and do the spraypainting. There are numerous problems with the car and we took it to them where it stood for a whole week without them doing anything and when we phoned them to collect the vehicle they said it never went to Hyundai at all. So for the whole week nothing was done to the vehicle. We booked it in ourselves at Hyundai in Wonderboom where we were told that there is something wrong with the clutch that was fixed but the car needed to go in for the gearbox as there was something wrong with the gearbox and I would be without a vehicle for 3 weeks. We told McCarthy that and they said they would get back to us wrt a vehicle I could use for the 3 weeks. We have been battling to get an answer from them for 3 weeks now and everytime Mr Spears says he will phone back but he never does. We are dissatisfied with the service now that they have their money the don't want to help anymore and we told them we are going to return the vehicle
