Poor Service Level

I purchased a used vehicle from Messrs Autopre Paarl in January 2013. The vehicle was viewed, terms discussed and the sale concluded which included some repairs that would be for my account. The vehicle was 25% over book value, but was in a good condition with exceptional low mileage. I took the vehicle to a specialist workshop to service and do a full inspection. A few mechanical faults were pointed out and this was sent on to Messrs Autopre. With their money in the bank, they had zero urgency to resolve the problems, is a manager never available to make a decision and was it up to me to follow up every time, they simply do not get back to you. Eventually they collected the vehicle after I put them on terms. When the vehicle was returned to me I immediately noticed body damage and damage to the paintwork. Messrs Autopre distanced themselves from all responsibility for damages incurred while the vehicle was under their control and does not take responsibility for their / their Agents actions. Potential buyers be aware that Messrs Autopre will only provide service until they have been paid, all damages they cause to you vehicle will be for your own account. STAY AWAY.
