Before any of you buy a Volvo, consider the following. I bought a New Volvo S40 2.0 at the end of 2009. A year ago I was involved an accident and the gearbox had to be replaced. Ever since then I get about 300 KM on 55 liters of petrol. Volvo, South Africa is of the opinion that it's my bad driving that is causing this. What I don't understand that after a year, regardless of where I drive, URBAN, FREEWAY, with aircon on, I constantly get about 300 KM to a tank. Would I buy another Volvo??? Never Again. Would I recommend that anyone buy a Volvo! NOT AT ALL
The car has been to 4 dealers to try and resolve???
