Booked a R450 package photoshoot. 50 edited pictures and 50 non edited pictures. Shoot was in Nov 2012 and I paid then. Was promised disc in 14 days. 3 weeks later, I sent Amanda an email asking for it, she won't respond to the emails, calls / sms. When she does answer phone, it dies as soon as I identify myself. On the occasion when she answered, she said she would phone back to arrange collection date. She never did, and ignored my calls or pulled a "bad network stunt". Mid Dec she said she was on holiday. Tried with sms, calls, and email to communicate with her at the start of the year. Finally got hold of her, made plans to collect from her, she cancelled app, and said she would deliver. She failed to do so, and claimed that she had sent driver to deliver. She said she would recut disk for collection. 17 Jan, I told her I was in the area, she left the disk outside the door for me to get. Lovely service. No apology. The disk had 200 non edited pics. I asked that she re-do and provide pics as per package. She said they were edited and has given 200 pic. I told her I was buying editing not 200 bad pics. If they were edited, I'm even more worried. Still no response from Amanda.
