AVOID!!! Rude and untrustworthy

After having bought a voucher for a couple's massage which was supposed to take place in my home, Zensation told me that they're busy and so I have to go to the spa if I want it - 40km away. When I asked for a refund, the business owner was rude, unhelpful and short. She then ignored my subsequent follow-up emails and telephone call until the day before the voucher expired. Getting my refund back since then has been an uphill battle which I've finally got right after she tried to fob me off. She still won't tell me her name (yes, the business owner won't give me her name even though I pointed it out more than once) and told me her husband is a "qualified advocate with LLB from UJ" and that they have "business lawyers... who would very please to represent us in matters like this". I assume this is a threat albeit badly worded. Generally, she was rude, unhelpful, untrustworthy and had a sense of (seriously undeserved) entitlement. It looks like they're also known as Prosperity Guest House and Spa but no one has explained why there appear to be 2 businesses and Prosperity never responded to my query. I'm left with the feeling that I avoided a very dodgy bullet.
