A little over a YEAR ago, my wife and I viewed a vehicle at Synergy Auto sales, we were approached by a very enthusiastic Andre Niemand Jnr, who spoke about how his business is based on correct morals and good customer relationships, oh, and Honesty.. What a utter load of!
On his word (big mistake) we bought the car with a few defects that Andre promised he would fix and the car should be brought back in two weeks time.
Firstly there was a broken tail light, which he said he had on order from the agents (LIE),
Badly tarnished wheels, which he promised to refurbish (LIE)
He said he would have 2 new tyres fitted (LIE)
Rear fenders to be polished, vehicle to go a full valet, he promised he would see to it (LIE)
He sold the car to me with a damaged spare tyre, no jack. He bought a small jack at Midas which won't even lift this vehicle (SUV) 10 centimeters.
And ALL of the above I have either on paper with a Synergy letterhead and a Niemand signature or SMS confirmation that he will do it or has the parts with him. This doesn't even bother him, even after numerous visits, he just continued his
He is THE most dishonest, despicable businessperson I have ever come across.
