On the 20th November 2013 I phone fonechoice asking their assistance since my tablet I bought had fallen and the screen got damaged. I phone fonechoice and they promised to come and collect the tablet which they did on the 27th November 2013 and when I call to enquire they told me that the repairs will take 4 to 6 weeks which I was fine with that
On the 7th January 2014 fonechoice send me the claim form saying that I must fill that and submit to them which I did on the same date and to my surprise today when I call to enquiry about my tablet firstly the guy I was speaking to which could not get his name put the phone down because it seems I was a nuisance when I was fighting for my right as a consumer. I called again for the second time and the lady that assisted me indicated that they will have to wait for the authorization from the insurance company before they can repair the phone which I feel is not fair since I'm paying for the phone that I don't have
It's been two months now without anyone giving me any progress on the repairs or anything and which means that I will have to wait for another month or two for the tablet to be repaired which is not fair at all
