I purchased a Vehicle for the first time ever from a Dealership (Rand Stadium Toyota The Glen). When I bought the car, they asked me if I wanted to take out extended warranty, I asked what was that for, JP Mulder said it was to cover the Turbo in case anything went wrong. While on Holiday, a cuzn said that Injectors were noisy, so I said nt to worry, I have that extended warranty plan. I will check if it is covered. When I booked the car for the service, I asked my amazing service agent to look into it. Only for him to come back saying that it is nt covered cos of wear & tear. So my whole point is... WHY is extended warranty sold to cars that have more than 50000km on the clock if everything is going to be wear and tear and nothing at that point can be factory faults? Is this a quick of making more money? After quering the NO response from the Insurance, I was told that it was past onto Ensley Matthews who has replaced JP, on the 16Jan stating to give me a courtesy call and I haven't heard anything yet. When it comes to sales, I don't advise Toyota The Glen, The servicing (Steven) is the best.
