I booked an insurance claim around December 13th for a windscreen repair via PG Glass (You are allowed to to do it via the supplier)
All details were supplied, the call center agent was very helpful, however to date my windscreen has no been repaired. I went on holiday and had my vehicle parked off, got back home and still no response! I received an sms on 06/01/2014 that the claim has been processed... but still no call, and still no windscreen!
I cant believe the level of service i have received from this "so called" reputable company. i do not advise anyone to use their services until their level of customer service changes!
