I have developed photos on Friday 17 January 2014 at KODAK Kolonade in Pretoria. It was quite a bunch and cost me R370. When I got home and went through the photos, I saw that it lacked major quality.
Thinking it might be that my PC's screen is set to bright, I went to another photo printer on Monday 20 January 2014, and had some of the same images developed. On comparison between these and those developed at KODAK, I could see how terrible the quality of the KODAK photos where. On the KODAK prints font came out white, when in reality I edited in a blue font, which came out blue at the other printer. I will glady send you these two images for comparison.
I went back to KODAK Kolonade on the same day to show them the difference. The sales lady wasn't very eager to help me and had an attitude of: How can anything possibly be wrong with our quality? In addition, she dismissed my complaint by saying it is because I edited the photos and then used their self-help machines. She simply said that edited photos could only be printed straight from their computer. This cannot possibly be true, since I always edit my photos and print at the self-help machines, and I have never had trouble.
