I bought a used Audi Q5 from Audi the Glen in Johannesburg and I fetched the car end October. I drove the car down back to Durban and just after a week with the car I released that the car has an abnormal oil consumption.
I took the car back to them by the 16 November and they kept it there till the 08 January. After numerous phone calls and emails. Now 2 weeks down the line the car has the same problem. And all they can tell me is to bring the car back to them which is 600km away with a car that takes a 1l oil in 10km.
I am very disappointed in your service and sure will never ever recommend anyone to buy a car from you.
Now I'm stuck with a car I only drove for not even a full month but I keep paying Installments and Insurance.
