The following was our "peace of mind motoring" experience after Cassey's Ford Springs "supplied high quality replacement parts" that are "engineered and tested to ensure that they meet our vehicle's design standards" and to ensure that "it is the best way to take care of your Ford and enjoy maximum performance, protection and safety". Vehicle went in on 30/12/2014 for 60 000km. Brake pads had to be replaced. I contacted Anton the morning of December 31st to inform him that something was horribly wrong with the brakes as it felt "spongy" under foot as well as made the most noise I ever heard a brake pad make. On top of that, the handbrake had to be pulled all the way up without it being firm. He asked me to bring the vehicle back for them to check. They worked on the vehicle but could not "fix" the problem. We took the vehicle that was "better" than before but a far cry from being right. A third date was booked to replace the problematic pads free of charge. Brake pads were replaced. after a week soft again with lots of fade and brake dust. Car back in today for brakes and water pump. Courtesy car came to a stop 5 km after wife left Casseys Ford Springs without Fuel!!!
