I bought a car from Auto Pedigree in July 2012. The gentleman who helped was kind and explained all quite well. Idid not receive a spare key at the time and the air vent knobs had fallen off. Mr Lucas Masisi eexplained that the airvent knobswill be fixed and that I will receive the spare keys in time. I followed up inthe months that followed and was asked to get a quote from Kia for the knobs and spare key because they couldn't be found at the head office.
Fast forward to 2014, I got a call today from the manager of the Rustenburg branch and he tells me that I won't be getting the keys. I then explained that it's not what I was told for 2 years now. I asked if this was written somewhere and, with attitude, that is it written somewhere that auto pedigree provides spare keys.
Is that how a manager speaks to customers? I certainty won't be recommending anyone to buy from Auto Pedigree. I have never experienced such bad attitude as a customer.
